Reset Service - iCarsoft

This service allows you to unlock your iCarsoft diagnostic tool for the following cases:

• Error message when connecting the diagnostic case to a PC or to a vehicle.

• Unofficial iCarsoft diagnostic interface.

Important: this service does not allow the repair of a physically broken diagnostic tool. (screen, keys, ...)

Operation of the service:

1. You return the central unit alone to our premises, without any other accessories.

2. Upon receipt, an iCarsoft expert will repair your diagnostic tool.

3. Within a maximum of 7 days, your diagnostic tool will be returned to your home, ready to operate.
